Take a moment in time to still your thoughts
as you place yourself in the Heart of Love,
and find peace at the centre of your being.
Feel that peace radiating out
from the Heart of Love,
The Mighty Trinity;
Father, Son, Holy Spirit.
as it surrounds you and blesses you,
touching and filling your heart,
Feel the oneness
that you are embraced in,
a wonderful unity of Love.
From here you can feel blessed
and centred
in the totality of everything that is love.
and find the Peace beyond all understanding
residing in you.

Here I am before you Lord.
I open my arms to embrace you.
I open my heart that Your love infills me
and pours out to reach others in love and kindness.
May I do only good in the world.
Oh Lord, only lead me in love,
bless my every action,
give me the gifts of the Spirit that I need,
in order to live wisely.
Help me know what to do
and when to do it.
May I always walk a path of open heart,
guided by love alone.

For that is the blessing of oneness,
held as we all are,
in the very centre of the Heart of Love,
united with God forever.
Here I am Lord
pinioned by intolerable pain.
I lie on the cross with you
and find that my heart too is miraculously opened and so,
in some mysterious way,
I too am held in the Glory and the Mercy
of the Passion.
Thus I am changed for evermore,
knowing that, even in the centre
of the most horrendous, indescribable pain,
I am closer still to you
and can reach out to feel you with me
in this most barren
and bleakest of places.
There is no place that you are not
and therefore even here I am safe,
for your love strengthens me
and my tiny flicker of light
is part of your vast
and infinite being.
I sing to the lord and praise His Holy name.
It brings a joy beyond description.
I dance and sing in the Spirit.
I am lifted higher by the tunes
that resound in my soul
and must be expressed in the world!
I am gifted with tunes
that touch hearts
and echo God’s Holy Word.
What a blessing, the mystery of creation.
Alleluia!
Here is my heart.
I offer it to you, small and battered as it feels.
I offer it in love and service.
I wait with head bowed.
I wait to hear you speak
and show me how to serve,
even in the smallest of ways.
For you have shown me
that everything counts,
that a smile,
a kind word,
a warm touch,
a simple prayer for another,
can all bless the world in ways
beyond my limited comprehension
and are part of Your great plan.
When I am confused
or lost
and don’t know which path to take,
I wait upon the Lord
and find the Spirit is with me.
He will Bless me.
He will Guide me.
He will always Lead me on a path of Love.
For I am wild as the wind and can trust
that the Breath of Life lives in me and
will lead me safely on, held securely in the Heart of Love,
the total love of the Trinity.
When two or three are gathered together,
He is with us.
We feel His presence.
We know He is near.
There is a Peace that resonates in the soul.
There is an understanding not previously known.
There is Light in the darkness
and a sure path forward.
For we know with absolute certainty this is so,
for He has promised this to us
and we know it in our hearts to be true.
Praise the Lord.
The Spirit guides me.
I follow.
I flow.
I dance,
I trust.
I do not know the path
but the Lord knows the rhythm and guides my feet.
All is blessed here on this holy ground I tread upon,
with His love ever present,
His Spirit shining for me,
showing me the way to go.
We place ourselves totally in the Heart of Love
and open our hearts to the wonder of the Lord.
We know He is with us
for He leads us on a path of love.
We pray for others
and hold them in a healing space
in the very centre of the Heart of Love
where miracles happen
and our joy is complete.
I give you my heart that You might fill it, Lord.
I long to walk a path of peace,
a path of truth,
a path of healing,
a path of blessings.
Let this be my way to serve you Lord.
Only Show me how I may serve
and I will follow humbly,
knowing Your way is always filled with Love
and Mercy.
I fall before you, oh Lord.
Only You know how I truly feel.
Only You know what is in my heart.
Only You can help me carry my burdens.
For I have it heard tell in absolute truth,
that Your yolk is easy
and Your burden light.
Therefore let my whole life be transfigured
by your Love
and all that I carry
be lifted into that Light too.
